For 365 days from the original purchase date, eligible mattress buyers can submit a qualifying lower advertised price on the identical new mattress from an authorized retailer. Written terms and exclusions apply.
How the 1-Year Price Guarantee Works
Locate a lower publicly advertised price on the same new mattress, including the same brand, model, size, firmness and features.
Contact Texan Mattress within 365 days of purchase with the original receipt and a current, verifiable offer from a qualifying authorized retailer.
When the offer qualifies, we honor the qualifying price and beat it by 10%. For an approved post-purchase claim, we issue the applicable adjustment to the original payment method.
The one-year period begins on the original purchase date. The competing item must be new, identical, in stock and available for purchase when we verify the claim.
Qualifying Offer Requirements
- The mattress must be identical in brand, model, size, firmness, construction and included features.
- The seller must be an authorized retailer, and the offer must be public, current and independently verifiable.
- The item must be new, in stock and available to the customer at the time of verification.
- The request must be submitted within 365 days of the original Texan Mattress purchase date.
Offers that do not qualify
Marketplace, auction, resale, used, open-box, floor-model, clearance, closeout, discontinued, liquidation, membership-only, private, employee, military, coupon-only, pricing-error and unauthorized-retailer offers do not qualify. Bundles, free gifts, rebates, financing promotions, service packages and offers that cannot be independently verified may also be excluded.
What is compared
The guarantee compares the qualifying mattress merchandise price. Taxes, delivery, setup, haul-away, financing charges, protection plans and other services are not included unless Texan Mattress agrees otherwise in writing. Manufacturer pricing rules and product-specific restrictions may apply.
