Important: This lifetime warranty applies only to qualifying mattresses that were sold with Texan Mattress lifetime-warranty coverage stated in writing on the product information or purchase documentation. National-brand products follow the written manufacturer warranty applicable to that specific model unless otherwise stated in writing.
Covered mattresses must be used on a firm, solid-surface foundation, appropriate box spring, platform bed, or compatible adjustable base. Platform or slat systems must provide adequate support. Slats spaced more than 5 inches apart may void warranty coverage.
This warranty does not cover normal changes in comfort feel, normal softening or recovery of comfort materials, changes in cooling performance over time, damage caused by abuse or improper handling, stains, burns, cuts, tears, or damage caused by an improper support system.
The outer mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year from the original purchase date against covered defects in material or workmanship.
