Mattress, frame and height compatibility

Avocado says the Eco works with most mattresses and existing frames, including its Natural Bed, but it does not work with a box spring. The legs provide 4-, 8- or 12-inch clearance options. When the base sits inside a decorative frame, the USB ports may not be accessible. Measure the inside opening, identify fixed slats or center supports and confirm mattress flexibility before purchase. For split king, use the correct paired mattress sizes and verify height compatibility.
