120-Night Comfort Guarantee

Quick answer: Eligible mattress purchases include up to 120 nights to adjust to the mattress. If it is still not the right fit, you may request one comfort exchange during days 101–120 after delivery. No comfort-exchange request is accepted before day 101, and the written eligibility requirements, fees and exclusions apply.

What does the 120-Night Comfort Guarantee include?

• Time to adjust to an eligible new mattress before requesting an exchange.
• One eligible mattress comfort exchange during the written request window.
• Help selecting a replacement mattress of equal or greater value.

This is a comfort-exchange program, not an unrestricted risk-free return or refund promise. Product-specific written terms supplied with your purchase control if they differ from this general policy.

Exchange window

• No comfort-exchange request is accepted before day 101 after delivery.
• An eligible request must be submitted during days 101–120 after delivery.
• The policy provides one mattress exchange.

Exchange value

The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value. If you select a higher-priced mattress, you are responsible for the difference.

Eligibility

The original mattress must be in clean, sanitary condition and free of stains, tears, odors, abuse or other damage. Proof of purchase is required. Product-specific written terms supplied with your purchase control if they differ from this general policy.

Promotional items

If your purchase included free promotional items and you keep those items, their stated retail value will be deducted from the available exchange credit.

Items not eligible for a comfort exchange

Floor samples, closeout items, discontinued items, pillows, protectors, toppers, adjustable bases, foundations or box springs, sheets and other accessories are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or delivery preparation, cancellation may no longer be available.

Warranty claims are separate

A comfort preference is different from a manufacturing defect. Warranty claims are handled under the written warranty that applies to the specific mattress and are not governed by the comfort-exchange window.

How to request an exchange

Contact Texan Mattress with your original order information during the eligible request window. Our team will verify eligibility and help you choose the replacement mattress.
