Nationwide delivery options are available. Qualifying Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster purchases may include scheduled white-glove delivery at no added charge; other mattresses may ship by UPS, FedEx or freight. Timing, setup, fees and exact service depend on the product and destination, so confirm the written delivery terms before purchase.

White-glove service can include scheduled in-home delivery, room-of-choice placement, setup and packaging removal. It is available on qualifying orders; confirm the exact service shown for your product and address.

Haul-away is free on qualifying purchases of $999 or more when the service is available. Otherwise, the recycling charge is $50. Availability depends on the delivery area and order, so confirm before purchase if removal is important to you.

Eligible new Helix and Avocado mattresses purchased on or after September 23, 2026 include a 365-night comfort exchange, with one eligible request during days 101–365 after delivery. Other eligible new mattresses include a 120-night comfort exchange, with one eligible request during days 101–120. No comfort-exchange request is accepted before day 101. A Split King uses two Twin XL mattresses side by side. Before ordering, confirm that both mattresses and the adjustable-base configuration are compatible and that the selected sides, firmnesses and accessories match the intended setup.

Many current mattresses are adjustable-base compatible, but compatibility is model-specific. Check the mattress warranty and base specifications before ordering; do not assume every mattress or foundation combination is approved.
