1. Confirm eligibility
Ask us to verify haul-away for the exact products and delivery address before purchase.
2. Prepare the mattress
Keep the old mattress accessible and in a condition the delivery provider can safely handle. Follow any preparation instructions supplied with your appointment.
3. Scheduled removal
When included, removal is coordinated with the qualifying delivery. Service scope and accepted items are confirmed in advance.
Why recycle a mattress?
Mattresses contain foam, fiber, wood and metal components that may be separated for reuse or recycling where facilities and programs are available. Keeping recoverable material out of landfill supports a more responsible disposal process.
Before your delivery
Confirm the number and type of items being removed, access conditions such as stairs, and whether the $999 qualifying-purchase threshold is met. Additional or non-mattress items may not be accepted.
