Texan Mattress Lifetime Warranty — Select Models
Important: This lifetime warranty applies only to qualifying mattresses that were sold with Texan Mattress lifetime-warranty coverage stated in writing on the product information or purchase documentation. It does not automatically apply to every mattress sold by Texan Mattress. National-brand products follow the written manufacturer warranty applicable to that specific model unless otherwise stated in writing.
What the qualifying lifetime warranty covers
- Any visible and lasting indentation greater than one (1.0) inch that is not caused by an improper foundation, platform, or support system.
- Physical flaws in the mattress that cause covered material to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling.
- For a covered replacement approved under this warranty, Texan Mattress does not prorate the mattress replacement and will cover the delivery cost of the replacement mattress.
Required mattress support
Covered mattresses must be used on a firm, solid-surface foundation, appropriate box spring, platform bed, or compatible adjustable base. Platform or slat systems must provide adequate support. Slats spaced more than 5 inches apart may void warranty coverage.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal changes in comfort feel, normal softening or recovery of comfort materials, changes in cooling performance over time, damage caused by abuse or improper handling, stains, burns, cuts, tears, or damage caused by an improper support system.
Outer cover
The outer mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year from the original purchase date against covered defects in material or workmanship.
Who is covered
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a qualifying covered mattress purchased directly from Texan Mattress. Coverage ends if the mattress is sold or otherwise transferred. Proof of original purchase is required.
