1. General Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time comfort exchange within 101 nights of your original delivery date. This exchange is a one-for-one swap for a mattress of equal or greater value. We require a minimum 30-night break-in period to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface. To qualify, you must have purchased an approved mattress protector from us and used it every night. Mattresses must be clean, sanitary, and free of stains, rips, or odors.

Pillows, protectors, adjustable bases, sheets, and other accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Brand-Specific Policies
Some of our premium brands have their own specific policies.

Avocado Mattress: The Avocado Green Mattress comes with a one-year trial period. If you are not satisfied, you may return the mattress for a full refund after a minimum 30-night adjustment period. The mattress must be clean and undamaged. Contact us to arrange the return. A charge of $99 will be applied for pick up and recycling.

Sealy Posturepedic & Tempur-Pedic: These mattresses are part of our general 101-night comfort exchange policy. They are eligible for a one-time exchange after the required 30-night break-in period. A mattress protector must be purchased and used to be eligible for the exchange. A fee of $99 will be applied for pick up and redelivery. No restocking fees.

WinkBed & Diamond Mattress: These mattresses are part of our general 101-night comfort exchange policy. They are eligible for a one-time exchange after the required 30-night break-in period. A mattress protector must be purchased and used to be eligible for the exchange. A fee of $99 will be applied for pick up and redelivery. No restocking fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your mattress or foundation arrives damaged or defective, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement. If you discover a defect after accepting delivery, notify us within 24 hours so we can inspect the item and resolve the issue with the manufacturer.

To start the process, please contact our customer service team via phone or email with your original order number. Our representatives will guide you through the next steps and verify your eligibility based on the terms of this policy.
