• Applies to eligible new Helix and Avocado mattress purchases made online or at a Texan Mattress showroom on or after September 23, 2026.
• The trial begins on the delivery date.
• No comfort-exchange request is accepted before day 101.
• One eligible comfort exchange may be requested during days 101–365 after delivery.

Standard 120-Night Comfort Guarantee

• Applies to other eligible new mattresses unless different written product terms were provided at purchase.
• No comfort-exchange request is accepted before day 101.
• One eligible comfort exchange may be requested during days 101–120 after delivery.

What the comfort program provides

The applicable program provides one mattress comfort exchange. It is not an unrestricted return program or cash-refund guarantee. Product-specific written terms provided with the purchase control if they differ from this general policy.

Exchange value

The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value. If the replacement costs more, the customer is responsible for the difference.

Eligibility requirements

The original mattress must be clean, sanitary and free of stains, tears, odors, abuse or other damage. Proof of purchase is required. The original law tag must remain attached, and the mattress must have been used with proper support.

Promotional items

If the purchase included free promotional products and the customer keeps those products, their stated retail value will be deducted from the available exchange credit.

Items not eligible for a comfort exchange

Unless otherwise stated in writing at purchase, floor samples, closeout or discontinued products, pillows, protectors, toppers, sheets, adjustable bases, foundations, box springs and other bedding or accessories are final sale.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment or delivery preparation, cancellation may no longer be available.

Warranty claims are separate

Comfort preference is different from a manufacturing defect. Warranty claims are handled under the written warranty for the specific product and are not governed by the comfort-trial window.

How to request an exchange

Contact Texan Mattress during the applicable request window with the original order information. Our team will verify eligibility and help select a replacement mattress.

Texan Mattress Lifetime Warranty — Select Models

Important: This lifetime warranty applies only to qualifying mattresses that were sold with Texan Mattress lifetime-warranty coverage stated in writing on the product information or purchase documentation. It does not automatically apply to every mattress sold by Texan Mattress. National-brand products follow the written manufacturer warranty applicable to that specific model unless otherwise stated in writing.

What the qualifying lifetime warranty covers

1. Any visible and lasting indentation greater than one (1.0) inch that is not caused by an improper foundation, platform, or support system.
2. Physical flaws in the mattress that cause covered material to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling.
3. For a covered replacement approved under this warranty, Texan Mattress does not prorate the mattress replacement and will cover the delivery cost of the replacement mattress.

Required mattress support

Covered mattresses must be used on a firm, solid-surface foundation, appropriate box spring, platform bed, or compatible adjustable base. Platform or slat systems must provide adequate support. Slats spaced more than 5 inches apart may void warranty coverage.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover normal changes in comfort feel, normal softening or recovery of comfort materials, changes in cooling performance over time, damage caused by abuse or improper handling, stains, burns, cuts, tears, or damage caused by an improper support system.

Outer cover

The outer mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year from the original purchase date against covered defects in material or workmanship.

Who is covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a qualifying covered mattress purchased directly from Texan Mattress. Coverage ends if the mattress is sold or otherwise transferred. Proof of original purchase is required.

Contact Texan Mattress with your proof of purchase and the information requested for warranty evaluation. We will help determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty or the applicable manufacturer warranty for your specific mattress.
