When should mattresses be specified in a design or construction project?
Mattress size, finished bed height, support system, room clearance, access and delivery should be considered before furniture and installation details are finalized.
Can Texan Mattress work from an RFQ or specification sheet?
Yes. Procurement teams can provide an RFQ, room schedule, size list, performance requirements, target budget, approved brands and delivery milestones for review.
Can custom mattress sizes or profiles be quoted?
Yes. Build-to-order sizes, profiles and constructions can be evaluated. Feasibility, tolerances, minimum quantities, sample options and lead time are confirmed after the specification is reviewed.
How are substitutions handled if a specified model changes?
The project should define acceptable substitution criteria such as size, construction, feel, profile, warranty and price. No substitution should be assumed without buyer approval.
Can products be delivered to multiple project locations?
Yes. Multi-site and phased delivery can be planned when destinations, quantities, release dates, receiving conditions and required handling are provided.
