1. Sponsor

You Conquer Inc. d/b/a Texan Mattress New Caney, 19261 FM 1485 Rd, Suite E, New Caney, TX 77357 (“Sponsor”). The drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple, Yelp or Microsoft.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Employees, officers and owners of Sponsor, its affiliates and advertising partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

The entry period begins September 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time and ends October 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

Enter once by submitting the online form on this page during the entry period, or by completing a free entry form at Texan Mattress New Caney during posted business hours within the entry period. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Automated, incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries are void.

5. Prize and approximate retail value

One winner will receive one $1,000 Texan Mattress New Caney shopping credit (ARV $1,000), redeemable only for merchandise at the New Caney showroom. The credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the selected merchandise exceeds $1,000, the winner may pay the difference; if it totals less than $1,000, the unused portion is forfeited. All taxes and expenses not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility. No substitution except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Random drawing, location and odds

A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held at 12:00 p.m. CDT on October 12, 2026 at Texan Mattress New Caney, 19261 FM 1485 Rd, Suite E, New Caney, TX 77357. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry and must respond within five calendar days. Eligibility and compliance with these rules may be verified before the prize is awarded. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond in time or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by another random drawing.

8. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts fraudulently. If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or operation of the drawing, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it and, if feasible, award the prize from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or technically disrupted entries.

9. Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the drawing and contact the potential winner. Entering the drawing does not provide consent to receive promotional email or text messages. Any separate marketing opt-in must be voluntary and is not required to enter.

10. Winner information

After the prize is awarded, the winner’s first name, last initial and city may be available by written request to Sponsor at the address above. Sponsor will retain drawing records as required by applicable law.
