Eligible new Helix and Avocado mattresses purchased on or after September 23, 2026 include a 365-night comfort exchange, with one eligible exchange request during days 101–365 after delivery. Other eligible mattresses, including WinkBed, retain the 120-night program, with an exchange request during days 101–120.
