Confirm the product and destination before choosing a service. Texan Mattress offers local doorstep delivery, qualifying local setup and removal, eligible nationwide white-glove delivery, and parcel shipping. Free standard delivery applies to eligible products in the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from that standard offer.

What does white-glove delivery include?
White-glove service provides an in-home appointment and the placement or setup stated for that order. Confirm packaging removal, assembly and any foundation or adjustable-base work separately. The service name alone does not confirm every task or include old-mattress removal.
Arrange haul-away in advance
Our haul-away policy provides free removal on qualifying purchases of $999 or more when available; otherwise the recycling charge is $50. Availability depends on the order, delivery area and carrier. Confirm the item count, accepted condition and access before purchase.
Removal can be declined for wet, infested, heavily soiled or unsafe items. Specialty frames, adjustable bases and non-mattress items require advance confirmation. Parcel delivery does not include collection of the old bed.

- Clear the route and remove bedding and personal items when removal is confirmed.

Does free UPS or FedEx shipping include setup?
